September 14, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 2910 Reed Road about 5:15 p.m. on Saturday (Sept. 12).

The identity of the victim, believed to be 20 to 30 years of age, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives C. Arrington and L. Osborn reported:

Officers were dispatched to a person down call at the apartment complex at the above address and found the victim in the parking lot.  He had suffered several gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

A preliminary investigation indicated the shooting occurred the previous day, at an unknown time.
