September 8, 2020 - Houston police have learned a motorist critically injured in a crash at 220 North Sam Houston Parkway West about 6:25 p.m. on July 31 has died.

The victim, Jeremy Young, 42, was pronounced deceased at Ben Taub General Hospital last Friday (September 4).

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant F. Briones reported:

Mr. Young was driving a black Ford Expedition westbound at the above address when he failed to maintain a single lane, struck a curb, and then struck a concrete pillar.  Young was then transported to the hospital in critical condition.

No other motorists or individuals were injured in this crash.
