September 4, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a male at 3800 Faulkner Street about 9:10 p.m. on Thursday (September 3).  

The victim, 17, was transported to an area hospital in critical, but stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers L. Thornton and E. Bridges reported:  

The victim was standing with a group of friends in an alleyway at the above address when multiple gunshots were heard.  The victim noticed several people running from the gunshots and ran with the crowd.  At some point, the victim was shot once in the back.  Paramedics were called and transported him to the hospital.  

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
