October 15, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 14434 Hempstead Road about 3 a.m. today (October 13).

The identity of the male victim, 23, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. Simmons and Detective T. Andrade reported:

The victim was at a lounge at the above address when he and a group of males got into an argument inside the business.  The victim ran outside to the parking lot where he was involved a physical fight and shot multiple times.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time there is no known suspect(s).
