Investigation into Fatal Crash at 8700 West F.M. 1960 Road
February 11, 2020 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 8700 West F.M. 1960 Road about 8:10 p.m. on Monday (Feb. 10).
The identity of the male victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant M. Warhol and Officer N. Luu reported:
The victim, a pedestrian, was crossing the street - not in a crosswalk - when he was struck by a green Cadillac DTS and then a gray Chevrolet Camaro. Both drivers immediately stopped. Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
The drivers were questioned and released with no charges filed, as the investigation is continuing.
