Investigation into Shooting at 704 Greens Road
October 14, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 704 Greens Road about 7:55 a.m. today.
The victim, Reco Mitchell, 42, was transported to an area hospital in an unknown condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers W. Elliott and R. Rivera reported:
Mr. Mitchell met two unknown males in a parking lot at the above address. Mitchell exchanged words with one of the men and they all moved to the corner of a building. The suspect then pulled out a pistol and shot Mitchell several times. The suspect then ran across the street and jumped a fence into an apartment complex at 17435 Imperial Valley Drive. Paramedics transported Mitchell to the hospital.
The suspects are described only as two black males.
