Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 11303 Bissonnet Street
October 10, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 11303 Bissonnet Street about 6 a.m. on Wednesday (October 9).
The victim, Taylor Frank, 28, was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives R. Pemberton and S. Spivey reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at a parking lot at the above address and found HFD paramedics loading Mr. Frank into an ambulance. He was then transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The suspects are described only as two black males and one white male.
