Investigation into Fatal Crash at 2200 Waco
October 4, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the fatal crash that occurred at 2200 Waco about 7:40 a.m. today.
The identity of the male victim, 62, is pending notification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant G. Lopez and Officer E. Morgado reported:
The victim was driving a red Chevrolet Silverado southbound on Waco when he failed to maintain a single lane, drove onto the median and struck a tree. He was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation is continuing.
