Investigation into Shooting at 6000 Gold
October 5, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man that occurred at 6000 Gold Street about 8:25 p.m. on Thursday (Oct. 4).
The victim, 24, was transported to an area hospital where he is currently in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers R. Naughton and V. Habukiha reported:
The victim was sitting in a vehicle with another man when the suspects confronted them. The suspects began shooting and the victim was struck multiple times. The driver of the victim's vehicle attempted to flee in the vehicle, while being chased by the suspects. The suspects rammed the victim's vehicle, causing it to crash. The suspects, described only as three Hispanic males driving a Chevrolet Silverado, fled the scene.
