Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7700 North Freeway
Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two men that occurred at 7700 North Freeway (North Interstate Highway 45) about 2:10 a.m. on Monday (April 30).
The victims, Ezavian D. Stanley, 25, and Albert C. Venson, 29, were pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Turner and K. Elliot reported:
Both victims were shot while participating in an illegal gambling operation inside a warehouse at the above address. They were pronounced dead at the scene by Houston Fire Department paramedics.
The investigation is continuing.
