Investigation into Fatal Shooting of Man Found at 7316 Texarkana
July 2, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 7316 Texarkana about 9:30 a.m. on Saturday (June 30).
The victim, Pascual Monsibais-Torres, 43, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives R. Ridel and T. Colbert reported:
Officers responded to a report of a person down at the above address and found Mr. Monsibais-Torres lying on the driveway. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s) in the shooting.
