Update: Suspect Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 5000 Paige
Feburary 6, 2018 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 5000 Paige about 12:50 a.m. on January 11.
The suspect, Charles Breed III (b/m, 24), is charged with capital murder in the 339th State District Court for his role in the killing of Terrance Leigh Finner II, 26.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives S. Spivey and R. Pemberton reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address. Upon arrival, they found Mr. Finner, who had been shot multiple times, lying in the street. Nearby residents had attempted to provide medical aid but were unsuccessful. Paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced Finner deceased.
Further investigation led to the identity of Breed as the suspect and he was subsequently charged. Breed is currently awaiting extradition to Harris County after his arrest in San Francisco, California, on January 24.
