Investigation into Fatal Shooting of Man Found at 9411 Allwood Street
August 29, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 9411 Allwood Street about 10:50 p.m. on Tuesday (August 28).
The identity of the victim, 58, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
A family member found the victim unresponsive inside his residence at the above address. Paramedics arrived and pronounced the man dead. He had suffered at least one gunshot wound.
Investigators were told the victim was last seen about 9 p.m. There were signs of forced entry to the home and evidence that items were stolen from the residence.
