Investigation into Fatal Crash at 13200 Cullen Boulevard
October 23, 2017 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 13200 Cullen Boulevard about 6:25 p.m. on Saturday (Oct. 21).
The male victim, Brillant Louissant, 70, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant M. Warhol and Officer C. Washington reported:
Mr. Louissant, driving gray Nissan Altima, failed to control his speed and struck a Ford Fiesta stopped at a red light at the above address. The Nissan then struck a light pole in the middle of the median. Mr. Louissant was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the Ford was not injured.
