UPDATE: Suspects Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 12345 Bellaire Boulevard
January 12, 2016 - Charges have been filed against five suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 12345 Bellaire Boulevard about 8:50 p.m. on January 1.
The suspects, Telavell Coleman (b/m, 18), Enzo Ubadimma (b/m, 18), Tiala Alexander (b/f, 20) and Dadriana Holmes (b/f, 19), are charged with capital murder in the 338th State District Court. A fifth suspect, a male juvenile, 16, has been referred to Harris County Juvenile Probation authorities on the same charge. All are accused in the death of Herman Ray Browning, Jr., 57.
Photos of the four adult suspects are not available for release at this time, pending further investigation.
HPD Homicide Division Officers M. Dykens and S. Glaze reported:
Two male suspects dressed in dark clothing, wearing ski masks and carrying handguns entered the Hong Giang Hue restaurant at the above address and robbed the business and customers at gunpoint. During the robbery, Mr. Browning confronted one of the suspects and was shot. Both suspects immediately fled the location. HFD paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced Browning deceased.
Further investigation developed information that led to the identities of the five suspects wanted in this case. All suspects were taken into custody and admitted to their involvement in the incident.
