Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 5007 Kelso
September 8, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 5007 Kelso about 2:05 a.m. on Sunday (September 6).
The victim, Christopher Dwayne Johnson, 26, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Hogue and Senior Police Officer D. Arnold reported:
Witnesses in the area of the above address reported hearing gunshots about 1:50 a.m. HPD patrol officers and HFD paramedics responded to the scene and found Mr. Johnson unresponsive and lying in the street. Paramedics pronounced Johnson deceased.
At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s).
