September 16, 2013 - Charges have been filed against two suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man found at 12406 Tambourine Drive about 9:50 a.m. on Sept. 1.  

One suspect, Osmin Enrique Hernandez (H/m, DOB: 2-22-79), is charged with capital murder in the 339th State District Court.  The other suspect, Mario Ernesto Paredes (H/m, DOB: 5-7-82), is charged with murder in the 209th State District Court.  Both are accused in the killing of Jhon Carlos Bermudez-Gilces, 25, of Houston.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers X. Avila and J. Sosa reported:

Mr. Bermudez-Gilces was found lying in the grass between two residences at the above address.  He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Further investigation identified Hernandez and Paredes as suspects in this case.  Both were arrested last Friday (Sept. 13) without incident.
