Suspect Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 15915 Ridgerock
December 9, 2013 - A suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a woman at 15915 Ridgerock about 10:40 p.m. last Friday (Dec. 6) has been arrested.
The suspect, Lance Hilton (b/m, DOB: 8-13-68), is charged with murder by the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office. He is accused in the killing of his wife, Mariam Hilton, 48, of the above address, who died at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. Simmons and Officer T. Miller reported:
According to witnesses, soon after Lance Hilton returned to his residence at the above address, at least three gunshots were heard. The witness went downstairs and found Mariam Hilton with a gunshot wound. The witness was then confronted by Lance Hilton at the front of the residence. Hilton then got into his vehicle, a white Lincoln Navigator, and fled the scene in an unknown direction. The Navigator was recovered on Saturday (Dec. 7) in southeast Houston.
Further investigation developed information on Hilton's whereabouts and, on Sunday (Dec. 8), he was taken into custody without incident.
