September 19, 2012 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 1006 Henry #3 about 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday (Sept. 18).
The victim is identified as Joseph Fox, 56, of the above address.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Rhoads and Senior Police Officer K. Carr reported:
Mr. Fox was found by his roommate lying in his bed. Fox, who had a history of medical problems, was originally believed to have died from natural causes. Harris County forensic investigators arrived and found a large amount of bruising and contusions on Fox's body.
The investigation is pending his cause of death, to be determined by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
