October 29, 2012 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 8100 Crestview about 12:45 a.m. on Sunday (Oct. 28).

The victim, Thomas Davis, 26, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Odom and Senior Police Officer M. Coleman reported:

Mr. Davis went to the above location and became involved in a disturbance with his ex-girlfriend.  The disturbance escalated and Davis was shot by an unknown suspect.  The investigation is on-going.
