June 13, 2012 - Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting of a man at 6911 Boyce about 11:40 p.m. on Tuesday (June 12).

The victim, Robert Gutierrez, 25, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants E. Cisneros and W. Meeler reported:

Mr. Gutierrez had a verbal argument with the suspect at the above address. During the dispute, the suspect, described only as an unknown Hispanic male, shot Gutierrez multiple times. The suspect fled in an unknown vehicle. Houston Fire Department personnel responded and paramedics pronounced Gutierrez dead.
