May 12, 2011 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 16900 Park Row about 5:50 a.m. on May 4.

The victim, Christopher Laws, 30, was taken by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition.  Doctors pronounced him dead on Saturday (May 7).

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant G. Hall and Senior Police Officer R. Tallent reported:

Mr. Laws was driving a green Jeep Cherokee westbound on Park Row when he struck the right curb, then veered to the left and crossed all traffic lanes before rolling the vehicle over into the grass.  He was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he later died from his injuries.  No other vehicles were involved in this incident.
