December 19, 2011 - Charges have been filed against two suspects, one in custody and the other sought, in the death of a child found at 7111 Hillcroft about 6:15 a.m. last Friday (Dec. 16).

Britni Bereasa Glover (b/f, DOB: 11-7-88) is arrested and charged with injury to a child in the 174th State District Court. Michael Allen Seaton (w/m, DOB: 3-12-90) is charged with capital murder in the 351st State District Court and is currently at-large. Photos of Glover and Seaton are attached to this news release.

Both are accused in the death of Dustyn Skyler Roff, 4, of the above address, who suffered blunt force trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants G. Gonzales, E. Cisneros and Senior Police Officer X. Avila reported:

HPD officers responded to a report of a deceased child at the above address and found young Dustyn to have suffered multiple injuries and bruises in various stages of healing throughout his body.

His mother, Glover, was arrested at the scene and charged with injury to a child by omission. Glover identified her boyfriend, Seaton, as also involved with Dustyn's death.
