January 19, 2010 - Houston police are seeking the public's help in locating two male victims forced at gunpoint to drive a fleeing bank robber from a parking lot at 7000 Gulf Freeway about 1:45 p.m. on Friday (Jan. 15).

The fleeing robber and his accomplice were arrested. However, the victims whose welfare's are unknown are described only as two Hispanic males driving a red Ford F-150 extended cab pickup truck. There were two large ladders, one green and one silver, along the back of the truck. The two males were in the truck in the Home Depot parking lot when they were forced at gunpoint to drive a male suspect away.

Investigators need to question the male victims to make sure they are unharmed.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants C. Cegielski and G. Gonzales reported:

Two black male suspects robbed a Wachovia Bank at 2800 Woodridge and fled on foot. One of the suspects approached the Ford F-150 and forced the two males to drive him away from the area in the truck. Both suspects were later apprehended and the Homicide Division received information that the suspect had the males drive him to unknown location.

However, it is unknown if the male victims are safe or harmed. The HPD Homicide Division would like to speak to the two males to verify their safety and this information.

Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
