Suspect Arrested in Fatal Stabbing at 11415 Bellaire October 8 , 2009 - A suspect charged in the fatal stabbing of a man at 11415 Bellaire about 1:35 a.m. on July 29 has been arrested. The suspect, Dung Quoc Nguyen (A/m, DOB: 12-31-73), was arrested on Wednesday (Oct. 7) in Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona. Nguyen is charged with murder in the 178th State District Court. The victim, Ngan Van Dang, 41, of Houston, suffered multiple stab wounds and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital Southwest where he was pronounced dead. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Dillingham and Senior Police Officer J. Bonaby III reported: Mr. Dang and several other witnesses were inside a restaurant at 11415 Bellaire having a few drinks. At some point, Dang and Nguyen got into an argument over money. Nguyen then told the Dang to come outside and then stabbed him. Nguyen fled the scene immediately after the stabbing.
