Fatal Double Shooting at 13011 Hillcroft February 23, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two males at 13011 Hillcroft about 4:30 p.m. on Saturday (Feb. 21). One victim, 29, suffered a gunshot wound to his chest and was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim, 30, suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his head and chest and was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Hospital. The identity of both victims is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. D. Chandler and Senior Police Officer L. K. Lovelace reported: During a gathering in a field on private property at 13011 Hillcroft, several individuals were participating in a sporting event. At some point during the gathering, two individuals became involved in an altercation on the southwest side of the property. During the altercation, a suspect produced a weapon and fired several shots. Two victims were struck, one in the chest and the other in the head and chest. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene by responding paramedics. The other victim was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Hospital.
