2nd Update on Incident at 6122 Belcrest November 14, 2007 - Houston police homicide investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying evidence found at the scene of the fatal shooting of three people at 6122 Belcrest about 11:15 p.m. on Monday (November 12). Investigators obtained photos of evidence found at the crime scene of the house fire and fatal shooting of, Elaine Foster, 42, Barbara Bailey, 45, and Jerome Perkins, 50. The photos are of the red plastic gas container used in this crime. Investigators would like to find out who sells this particular brand and model of plastic gas container. In addition, investigators request the public (and business owners/managers in particular,) pay attention to the price tag. It has red borders and shows the container sells for $8.99. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. McStravick, W. Anthony and Officers E. Cisneros, J. Robles and R. Chappell reported: HFD firefighters responded to a fire at the location and discovered the deceased victims inside the residence. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and observed a white four-door car leaving the area. It is believed the fire was purposely set in order to conceal evidence of the shooting.
