March 21, 2007 -- On January 29 at about 12:30 p.m., the victim had parked her car in the Galleria Mall parking garage. As she was getting out of her car, Minix approached her at gunpoint and demanded money. The victim complied and gave him money. Minix then ordered the victim to lift her sweater and then grabbed her breast. Minix exposed himself and demanded the victim perform oral sex on him, but she refused. Minix then ran away because too many people were walking by.

On March 16 at about 9:30 p.m., an employee of the Galleria Mall was walking to her car located in the mall’s parking garage when she was approached at gunpoint by Minix. Minix demanded money from the victim and when she did not give him enough money, Minix made her lift her blouse and grabbed her breast. Minix then exposed himself and made the victim perform oral sex on him. Minix got into the victim’s car and made her leave the parking lot and drive to a nearby parking lot. The victim was able to convince Minix that she needed to use the restroom. When Minix took the victim to use the restroom at a restaurant on Westheimer, she asked a waitress to call the police. Minutes later, Minix was arrested without incident.

Minix confessed to his role in both incidents.
