Suspect Sought in Sexual Assault of a Child
September 8, 2006 -- Houston
police are seeking the public's assistance in locating one of
two suspects charged in the sexual assault of a child on August
11, 2005 at 470 Maxey #909.
The wanted suspect
is identified as Ymine Quinn (b/m, DOB 12-4-86). He is charged
with sexual assault of a child in the 177th State District Court.

The second suspect, Kenshawn Quinn (b/m, DOB
10-4-77), was arrested by SWAT officers today (Sept. 8) along
with another male who might be an accomplice. He is charged with
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the same court.
HPD Juvenile Division Officers B. Harris and
J. Anderson of the Sex Crimes Unit reported:
Ymine and Kenshawn Quinn, who are brothers, forced
a 15-year-old female into an apartment where Kenshawn held the
female down while Ymine sexually assaulted her. The female was
able to escape and run out of the apartment. Once the case began
to be investigated, Kenshawn began to threaten the victim's family.
The suspects threatened the victim's mother at gunpoint. The suspects
are Katrina evacuees.
