Traffic Incident at 4100 North Freeway

March 12, 2006 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal accident at 4100 North Freeway (northbound) on March 12, 2006 about 1:05 a.m.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant G.T. Hall and Officer T.D. Houston reported:

A vehicle, which was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of the North Freeway, struck a car head-on killing the driver of the car. The driver of the at-fault vehicle sustained minor injuries and will be checked for intoxication. The freeway was closed off for over an hour.
