on the suspect's home on Thursday (Dec. 14) saw him leaving with
a group of friends and getting into a vehicle. Those officers
conducted a traffic stop and arrested the suspect in the 3100

During interviews with homicide investigators,
suspect Juarez confessed to stabbing the two women. Juarez and
one of the victims had ongoing problems regarding Juarez's dog
running loose in the neighborhood. On the day of the murders,
Juarez's dog entered the victims' backyard. Juarez went to the
victims' home, knocked on the door, and was given permission to
go to the backyard and get his dog. After getting the dog, Juarez
went back into the home and said he and the victims again argued
over the dog. During the argument, Juarez stabbed the victims
