Incident at 11800 Westheimer
August 28, 2006 -- Houston Police
homicide detectives are investigating the apparent aggravated
robbery and serious bodily injury of a female at 11800 Westheimer,
on August 27, 2006.

Park reported:
The victim, Jeanette Gonzales (a/f 23 years of
age) left church at approximately 7:00 p.m. and was traveling
alone in her vehicle, followed by a friend, to a tea house restaurant
located next to the Hong Kong Market at Bellaire Blvd. and Boone
Road. The victim entered the parking lot, followed by her friend.
The victim's friend parked on the East Side of the parking lot
and last saw the victim driving toward the West Side of the parking
area. The friend walked into the restaurant but the victim never
came inside.
At about 7:30 p.m., witnesses observed the victim
either jump from or be pushed out of the passenger side of her
vehicle just east of the intersection of Westheimer and Kirkwood.
The vehicle continued to travel eastbound on Westheimer and is
presumed to be stolen.
The victim was transported to Ben Taub General
Hospital where she is listed in
extremely critical condition.
