Incident at 6110 Fairdale
April 28, 2005 -- Houston police
are investigating the shooting of a 22-year-old man at 6110 Fairdale
on Wednesday, April 27, 2005 around 8:20 p.m.
According to Houston Police Department Homicide
Division Sergeant M.D. Newcomb and Officer T. Huynh, Alfredo Dealba,
of 3030 Greenridge, was in the parking lot of the apartment complex
with a male friend when a suspect confronted them. The suspect,
who was armed with a shotgun, shot Dealba in the chest. Dealba
is expected to survive his injuries.
The suspect is described as a black male, about
5 feet 9 inches tall, muscular build and was wearing black shorts
with a red shirt. The suspect was also wearing a black stocking
cap on his head and has a five-point crown tattoo on the left
side of his neck.
The suspect was last seen leaving the scene in
a gold mid 1980s Buick Regal or Oldsmobile Cutlass. Witnesses
said the vehicle was dirty and not well kept.
