Indicator description:

This indicator provides a measure of the perceived quality of community facilities. A comprehensive data source for this indicator does not exist today. Possible partners in surveying the community could include Parks and Recreation Department staff, special districts, super neighborhoods and the Rice University Kinder Institute Houston Area Survey.
