Nonprofits and housing advocates are invited to learn more about an upcoming funding opportunity at our upcoming Fair Housing and Hurricane Preparedness Outreach Virtual Grant Workshop. HCDD will be partnering with organizations to reach marginalized communities and share valuable fair housing and hurricane preparedness information. Before applying, we encourage everyone interested to attend a grant introduction workshop, coming up on July 7th at 1pm CDT. At this introduction workshop, we will go over grant submission processes, including the rubric and funding details. Register now!
HCDD continues to take steps to keep our employees and residents safe through the COVID-19 pandemic. Visitors to our office will have their temperatures taken when arriving and will be required to wear facial coverings and maintain social distancing. When possible, we are encouraging everyone to find virtual ways to submit documents and hold meetings.
Nonprofits working on housing or disaster recovery are invited to join our monthly Housing Advocates Collective, now held virtually. Representatives from several teams will be providing updates and answering questions.
