Houston Harris County Office of Drug Policy

Houston/Harris County Office of Drug Policy is committed to generating an action plan to advocate for all citizens and individuals at risk of, or affected by substance use disorders in all forms, including alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, prescription narcotics, and over-the-counter medicines.

The Houston/Harris County Office of Drug is the principal resource in implementing the five- year regional action plan for the Community at large in partnership with the Office of National Drug Control Policy’s Major Cities Initiative.
