* METRICS
Response time is the time the call is received - the first unit arrives on scene. 90th PCTL (percentile) is the time the first arriving unit is meeting or exceeding on 90 percent of the calls.
For further explanation, the 50th/90th percentile calculations 50th percentile are obtained by taking all the durations the given KPI for each incident and stacking them slowest to fastest. The 50th percentile is the duration that is at 50th percent in the list. For example, if the durations were 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 15, 20, 30, 31, the 5th duration in the list would be the 50th percentile - so in this example, 7 (as compared to the average which would be 12.3). To calculate the 90th percentile, the 9th duration in the list would be the 90th percentile - so in this example, 30.
