Purpose
The primary focus of the Zone is to facilitate affordable housing, encourage/promote transit oriented mixed-use development, and the extension and potential grade separation of San Jacinto Street north from the Interstate 10 to the southern terminus of Fulton Street. Additional efforts will also focus on roadway and sidewalk improvements, public utility systems improvement and parks.
