Purpose
Address Mobility deficiencies along the Bellaire/Fondren commercial corridors with necessary capital improvements, 2) provide resources for the redevelopment of the Sharpstown Mall and Bellaire/Fondren commercial corridors to expand the tax base and increase output of sales tax revenues to the City General Fund, and 3) reimburse Westchase Section 3 Partners (Halliburton) for improvements made to their property to render it developable.
