South Post Oak Reconstruction Project

The South Post Oak Rd. Reconstruction Capital Improvement Project (CIP) is scheduled for 11 months – starting in March 19, 2015. The project is estimated to conclude on December 14, 2015. The work involves the reconstruction of South Post Oak Rd. from Beltway 8 to West Ridgecreek, also includes the construction of an additional northbound and southbound lane, and extensive concrete panel repair from West Ridgecreek to FM 2234. New traffic signals will also be installed as well as the replacement of about 1200 LF of waterline and necessary storm sewer laterals.
