Meet the Advisory Board - Melanie Johnson

Dr. Melanie Johnson serves as President/CEO of Collaborative for Children, an agency that provides the quality ratings for child care centers in the gulf coast region. She previously served as President/CEO of The Health Museum, where she led the museum’s achievement of Smithsonian affiliate. She has also served as NASA’s Space Center Houston’s Director of Education.  She holds a B.A. from Auburn University, a Masters from University of Houston and a doctorate in Education from Texas Southern University.
