With a fervent passion for communication and an avid interest in technology, I serve as a Customer Service Representative III (Digital Navigator) at the Mayor’s Office for Adult Literacy. My role is at the intersection of digital innovation and education, where I am dedicated to enhancing adult literacy by leveraging cutting-edge tools and resources.
