Beginning Saturday, May 30, 2015, The City of Houston Solid Waste Management will be changing hours of operation temporarily at its six neighborhood depositories (heavy trash, debris, recycling drop-off sites).

Due to the storm event that occurred in Houston, the Neighborhood Depositories will be open 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. We encourage City of Houston residents to drop off their home debris at the nearest Neighborhood Depository.

Houston residents may utilize these Solid Waste Management neighborhood depositories:

No household garbage, electronics or household hazardous waste is accepted.

Each user must provide proof of residency, including a current Texas Driver’s License or ID and a current water/utility bill or city property tax receipt.
