Collections and Facility Schedule for Veterans Day

Houston, Texas, November 10, 2020: In observance of Veterans Day, the following are changes to the City of Houston’s Solid Waste Management Department’s (SWMD) collection and facilities schedules.

Wednesday, November 11, 2020 (Veterans Day)
City Holiday: Solid Waste Management facilities will be closed. Neighborhood Depositories/Recycling Centers, Westpark and Reuse Warehouse closed.

Thursday, November 12, 2020
Normal collection schedule. The Neighborhood Depositories/Recycling Centers, Westpark and Reuse Warehouse re-open.

Friday, November 13, 2020
Normal collection schedule.
