Patrol Officers were responding to a disturbance with a weapon call regarding a male pointing a gun. Officers located a male that matched the description walking who ignored several verbal commands to get on the ground. The suspect reached behind his back into his waistband at which time one of the officers observed a firearm in his hand and discharged his weapon hitting the male multiple times.
