- Q - Where are you located?
- A - The Houston Police Museum is located at the lobby of the headquarters building

- Q - When is the museum open?
- A - Monday – Friday, 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday – Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.
- Q - What is the cost?
- A - The museum is free of charge.
- Q - What types of tours do you offer?
- A - There are only self-guided tours at the moment. The security detail must secure all visitors prior to entering the station building and the HPD Museum
- Q - Do you provide individual tours?
- A - Individuals and groups of less than ten may tour the museum on their own pace. Also, there is no need to make a reservation for the self guided tours. Please remember museum hours are Monday - Friday 10 am to 7 pm Saturday - Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.
- Q - How do I schedule a group tour?
- A - Group visits of a maximum of 30 guests must be scheduled by e-mailing hpd.museum@houstonpolice.org

- Q - What do we see on the tour?
- A - We will see the HPD museum and the Wall of Honor memorial for fallen Houston police officers.
- Q - Do you have a restaurant that we may eat at, while at your facility?
- A - We do not have a restaurant. However, there are many restaurants within a short walking/driving distance. Another option is to pack a lunch and picnic at nearby Discovery Green.
- Q - Do you accept donations?
- A - No cash donations onsite.
