Investigation into Shooting at 6400 Dumble Street

October 19, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 6400 Dumble Street about 12:25 a.m. on Saturday (October 17).  

The victim, Johnny Rosborough, 58, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer V. Habukiha reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found Mr. Rosborough had sustained a gunshot wound to the left calf.  Rosborough told officers he was outside with his friends when a black sedan drove up and a suspect from inside the vehicle shot him and fled the scene.  Paramedics then transported Rosborough to the hospital.  

At this time, there are no known suspects.
