CAPS is our middle management multi-track program consisting of eighteen sessions designed to assist supervisor competencies in managing various circumstances regarding employee workday considerations and performances. Dr. Chandler, a native Houstonian, is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she continued her academic studies, earning her Master of Education and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Counseling. Dr. Chandler’s dissertation, Measures of Marital Satisfaction among Husbands and Wives in Dual-Earner African-American Families laid the foundation for her continuous work in the community, facilitating workshops and seminars on various topics that contribute to the overall success of healthy relationships. Over the years, Dr. Chandler has demonstrated her ability in developing and designing programs and course curricula, facilitating training activities, and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of programs. She has the unique ability to work with a diverse group of people, along with exhibiting impeccable communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
