EO 1-71 covid-19 mitigation safety measures 

Executive Order (EO 1-71) COVID-19 Mitigation Safety Measures (Executive Order 1-71) requires all employees shall submit COVID-19 diagnostic test results on or before the 1st and the 15th of the month unless they are exempted in accordance with the provisions of the policy. The requirement becomes effective October 8.
