Volunteer lawyers will prepare estate planning documents for pre-approved low-income Houstonians free of charge.

Estate planning documents include simple wills, medical powers of attorney, HIPAA releases, declarations of a guardian, living wills, and durable powers of attorney.

Persons interested in receiving these services must complete a screening interview by phone at 713-228-0735 by February 15, 2019.

The Wills Clinics are co-sponsored by the City of Houston Department of Neighborhoods and Complete Communities, Houston Volunteer Lawyers, BakerRipley and Neighborhood Recovery Community Development Corporation.
